Monday I had asked my husband to mail off th remaining international packages at his work, since I was up to me eyeballs in con prep and winter babies. He said yes, took the packages, and all was good and happy.

Last night, he took me out for my birthday to dinners. Had a nice dinner, went back to grandmas house to get the baby (she was sitting for us so we could eat without playing keep away with the ketchup) and as I opened the trunk to put some stuff in, I saw......packages. Specifically, my Wyrm packages. :/
He apologized profusely, said he had completely forgotten because of some crappy issues at work that day.


Needless to say, I am VEEERY sorry for the delay. I am making a point to go to the post office this afternoon to get those packages out as soon as I get the munchkin to Grammys. Sincere apologies guys, the hubby was trying to be nice and just derped, and I had no idea so thought it was all out already.

Working on figuring out a system so the next batches are more organized, shipping wise, and get "logged" once I have shipping receipt in hand so we can keep better track. Hsband offered to do an excel spreadsheet with online names/real names and shipping addys so i have theability to just print shipping labels, and mark them as Sent. Totally not used to mailing this volume of packages, so please bear with me during the growing pains.

So, due to a terrible postal strike, nothing has been coming through for weeks. But, the day before I got back home, it ended, so today I went down to pick up Trixie. She seems thrilled to be out of her box, and has already had an adventure or two.

Thank you, HM, for sending her out, and for the absolutely lovely package art! It made me and my friend (who might also now be a Wyrm convert) smile and laugh. More photos to come, I promise!
