Themed Mule Teacup Wyrms?

Oh, man.....I LOVE bubble tea! W have a Korean market nearby my mums house, and I get the boba there and cook them, them soak em' in a bit of simple syrup and almond extract. Gives them SUCH a nice flavor, and it works wonderfully with my favorite teas. Hmm. Bubble Wyrms would be totally adorable.

Teavana's?? Oh, you mean my home away from home? LoL. I spend waaaaaaay too much time there whenever I'm in Hartford.....there's a store in the mall. I LOVE their Azteca Fire tea, its amazing. Recently tried a Cococaramel Sea Salt mix too......soooooo nummy!

Geeze, at this rate, I'll have flavor inspiration for tons of Wyrms!

I post about Tea themed Wyrms on Feb 27th, and lo and behold, March 3rd rolls around, and Worms and Bones have "Tea Monsters", which are basically a feline esque faced Wyrm type creature.

I'm just SO done giving these two the benefit of the doubt.

Side note/ their evermore s remind me of Miss Monsters VERY limited edition Ravens she's been making...
And their drats and bats look a LOT like another company's handheld bat puppets and shoulder dragons.. ( miss monster and this other company both hold booths at Anthrocon)

However in this your going to have people who steal ideas and claim them as their own, even if they get called out on it, it would be deny deny deny.

Aside from ignoring it, would be contacting these other two company's and showing them the rip off ideas and going to any con where they hold booths at and seeing if con staff can do anything.

You have a huge fan base, great customer service, and word of mouth can do wonders.

Just breathe and try to ignore it...I know its not something you might want to hear but its for the best...if you keep your chin up and keep on doin what you do they wont get the satisfaction of getting a rise out of you. I don't know of these people personally and this is the first I have seen their work but it looks like they do a lot of pose-able dolls. Many artists do that and I would like to get into doing it as well. It is not at all a way to rip you off but something I think would be generally fun to work on. Similar to Miss Monster and her dolls, they inspire me to create things of my own and try not to step on any toes. It may very well be a coincidence or it may not...but until you know be cautious in your reactions.

I really hope that didn't come off wrong. Just with my experience with people and a lot of negativity I have been through I tend to react a little differently to things...you can always give me a poke if you need someone to vent to!! I have seen just about all the situations you can see artwise @_@
