Alright, as promised, I went through all the international payments and then double checked the postal rates on the USPO website. According to estimated weight, and type of shipping (regular first class international, priority international flat rate boxes, or priority international box based on weight) these are the differences in prices.
To make things easy, I'm just going to list online names, and an amount next to them. This represents the difference between what was paid for shipping, and what is owed (the new increased USPO shipping prices) These amounts can be paid via paypal to hopefulmonsterstudios@gmail.com
PLEASE be sure to copy and paste the following in the paypal notes, with your online name in place of Blank...

- Albino has been removed as a trait. It will be handled like other non-genetic traits (melanism, two-color fur, eye-color, two-length fur, etc.) which each have a specific way that they carry that is not related to genes/inheritance.
- All Growlers and Shriekers have been updated to have the new FLE (FL Ears/Floppy Ears) trait. This was to fix some of the confusion people were having when they had XL Ears (Pipefox trait). The with FLE, the positions of the ears are non-genetic and simply part of the Wyrm's personality/facial expression. It must be noted, that XL Ears and FL Ears cannot exist on the same Wyrm. XL Ears, being heterozygous dominant, will likely take precedence over FL Ears in Pipefox/Mountain Wyrm crosses.
- Two Bright Darters who previously had Sp(xX) instead of S(xX) have been fixed. There was some confusion at the time on the code for Spines (S) and it got mixed up with Speckled (Sp).
- Tatterwings are being updated to have the Horns (XX). They may not reflect this yet on the wiki, but should within 48 hours of this post. This /will/ be taken into account with their rolled offspring for the last breeding season. This is to reflect that the gargoyle-like protrusions on their heads are a type of horn.
- Breeding seasons for all Species of Wyrms are now being merged. Any Wyrm, regardless of Species, may breed during breeding seasons.
- The public Wyrm breeding seasons are being restructured. Summer and Winter breeding seasons will be Summer and Winter Solstices each year, respectively. The Spring and Fall breeding seasons are being removed from the general breedings...this is to allow for convention prep during con season, and a bit of recovery time between huge massive batches of Wyrm babies.
This is also to allow our resident artist to carve out some time to actually work on projects OTHER than Wyrms. (Art Dolls, Costuming, etc)
- The former Spring and a Fall breeding seasons are being reassigned as "Stable Breeding Seasons". The purpose of these "off season" breeding seasons is to allow Handlers who have established Registered stables or breeding barns to work towards their breeding goal in smaller batches, more frequently throughout the year. These seasons will be VERY limited slots, only as many as can be fit into the current work schedule. Slots will be divided equally between stable Handlers requesting breedings, on a round robin basis.
To register your breeding stable/barn/etc. all you need to do is post in the section of the forums entitled Breed Planning. Those interested in starting their own stables should chose a stable name, and post information on at least one goal Breed they intend to work towards. All goal breeds must be OK's by HMS before being considered official goals. (This is simply to ensure a goal breed is feasible as far as design/sculpting/creation is concerned)
For those with multiple parties involved in the breeding goals, please be aware that ALL breedings during the stable seasons count towards the total number of slots, regardless of which stable member outs in the request. These mini seasons will run for a single week, starting Spring and Fall Equinox each year.
- For those Handlers who establish stables and successfully breed a new goal Breed of Wyrm, the following perks are bestowed. Please note, to be considered an established New Breed, the resulting bred offspring MUST demonstrate consistent design and traits for THREE successive generations.
Once this is achieved, the stable is allowed a 6 month exclusivity privilege on the Breed. What is means is that for a period of 6 months from the confirmation of the new Breed being established, the breeder stable may be the only ones to breed that particular breed. They may, as they see fit, adopt out the bred babies for a fee equal to the cost of the three generations it took them to establish the line. This is to allow the stable a chance to recoup some of the cost of creating a new Wyrm breed. After the 6 month limit, the newly established breed will be considered "public", and the breed may turn up in blind draws as convention stock. Obviously, the stable may still breed offspring of these breeds and re-sell them, but the max price (3 generations) still applies.
Handlers who establish new breeds do so with the understanding that ALL Cruinndrac Farms Wyrms belong to HopefulMonsterStudios, and that participating in the breeding game does not imply a transfer of copyright.
- "Teaspoon" Wyrms - Whilst meandering through the studio, D. came across a baggie with a bunch of itty bitty heads from pre-breeding game Wyrms. These were intended for the first version of the Teacup Wyrms, and these particular heads never got attached to their respective bodies. They are not something that would work with the current Wyrm breeding, ut rather than simply throw them away and waste them, they will be assembled and posted to the HopefulamonsterStudios Etsy page in small batches. They will NOT be breedable, but rather will be sold as pre-game collectible Wyrms. There will be a limit of 3 Teaspoon Wyrms per person, to allow more people to snag one of these tiny, miniature curiosities.
- The Wyrm breeding charms will be available two ways....at conventions, as a blind bag choice for $10 each, or online via Etsy, for $14 each (plus shipping) for your choice of charm. Again, a limit of 3 per person per purchase. (You can have more than 3 charms, its just 3 per person, per purchase, to allow more handlers a chance.)
