I construed what she wrote to mean that the horn had come loose, and she had re-secured it, not that it was damaged.

If it wasn't damaged and the horn just popped off and was easily to be re-glued why would it need to be taken into consideration when selling it? You wouldn't need to, anymore then I would if I sold Zenny since one of his horns popped off. It'd still be full price.
