This is Chernobyl, daughter of Tick-Tock and Gadget. She is the first of Crowley's Cursed. Her horns glow from the dredful radioactivity of her lifebreath, which eminates from the gloweing vial on her head. Within is a small bone, representing Death or loss, and some rose quartz crystals, representing Love...and in this case, her mother's memories and love. Poor Tick-Tock no longer can feel love, because of the curse, and Chernobyl is cursed to feel the need for a love she can never find, and to suffer memories of a love that was not hers.
She is a magnificent wyrm, but sadly insane, evil, and chaotic. Crowley feels she is a fitting minion now.
