1. How long will it take to get my purchase?
As our Terms of Service outlined when you made your purchase, we cannot guarantee any sort of completion date. There is a lot of time and love that goes into every Wyrm that we make, and even a Tea-Cup can take a significant amount of time from start to finish. We have one convention left for 2013, which means that a good deal of our sculptors' time will be set to finishing up convention stock for Midwest Furfest. Orders that include standards will obviously take longer than those with tea-cups only. Orders including blessed standards may take 6-9 months. We will continue to update our status on the status page:

2. When will I be billed for the rest of my payment? How long will I have to make the payment?
As stated above, we cannot really tell you when your order will be completed and ready to be shipped. We will usually ship out orders in batches, which means that we will usually bill in batches as well. We ask that a bill be paid in no more than seven days. If you have extenuating circumstances and cannot pay within the seven day time period, then we ask that you contact us. We can extend the due date in some circumstances, but the absolute maximum time we can wait is two weeks.
3. When will the Winter Season be?
The Winter Season will not open until after the 2013 Summer Season is mostly finished. Some larger Wyrm orders, such as Blessed Standards may remain in-progress even when we look to open the new season. The next season will likely be after Christmas, which will give people a chance to spend their Christmas money on Wyrms. No exact dates are determined right now.
4. I heard about price changes, what will they be?
There is a lot of work that goes into Wyrms. As the company grows, we have to grow with it. This has included improvements in a number of areas, some of which have increased the amount it costs to produce Wyrms of all sizes. Standards, GreatWyrms and Leviathans are all likely to see a base-price bump before the next breeding season. We are uncertain if there will be a price increase on Tea-Cups before the Winter Season, but there may be an increase in 2014. The exact amounts of any possible increases are still under discussion, but we want to make people aware that they may want to save a bit extra towards their Winter plans.
5. What will the limit(s) be for the Winter Season?
This is undetermined at this time. We are still in the process of handling the Summer Season and evaluating the process. If things go smoothly, we expect to allow more tea-cups per person for Winter, but this is still not a certain thing. People who are interested in Great Wyrms or Leviathans should consider contacting me (Arazia) prior to the breeding season. I will make HMS aware of anyone who plans on breeding for a larger Wyrm, so she can consider if she has time/space for one of these larger purchases. We cannot guarantee that there will be Great Wyrm or Leviathan slots, it depends solely on the amount of time HMS has.
