Discussion: Breeding Goals

My breeding goal so far seems to be:

Great angler wyrm. I'm still debating if I should have it be a hybrid of sorts or go full angler...but in any case it looks like I'm gonna need to snag me a 2x token and a fella for my standard angler lady. But I think that is probably my main goal at this time.

Other than that, I am hoping to cross with a couple of my friends wyrms just to see what happens. And possibly see if I can wrangle a flutterling/angler mix just to see what happens. I think right now my breeding goals are less goals and more random stumblings. *laugh*

My original plan when I joined the farm was to get a levi; I didn't know what at the time. But I think I finally decided on a bakeneko. Which would be interesting XD

Anyways so far; Im going to be breeding a great wyrm Jiao-di for sure. Hikaru will have some company lol. Other than that im also bound determined to make it a pb like it's father kabuki which i'll be trying to get ahold of the token for that.

I joined on the gremlin breeding; I've already claimed a clutchie to help with that and another new breed. I am also, going to be making a new wyrm by breeding a growler and a shrieker together

Ok so I am new and would LOVE some advice. If possible I would actually like to have a Wyvern farm. Anyone here who runs their own breeding projects that wouldn't mind giving me some advice or if it would even be POSSIBLE to have a breading project for wyverns considering that is two different games?

I would particularly like to make wyverns using Imperial Fus/Forest Gems and Gao-Xings/Nightshades. Broods being wyrms and Studs being Dragons. I need to get a hold of a few more wyrms and dragons, however, before focusing on those types I would like to know if something like this would be possible? I like all wyrms/dragons, but if I can go forward with this project I would like to focus my money on those particular breeds.

In general, the fact that you're choosing a 'rare' breed is going to make it harder. Imperial Fu's only have two breedings, which means that finding people who are willing to dedicate them to a certain breeding program is harder. Your best bet is going to be getting +1 tokens, as it will be difficult otherwise to get people to give you many breedings/sell you many Fu's. At least that's my thoughts. The same goes for Nightshades on the dragon side.

It would figure the ones I have would be considered rare >.< I already have a three out of the four I want to use for the breading and a nice user over on dragons offered their Gem and Nightshade for stud. *wink wink* If you're gonna do it, go all the way right? lol I will just have to stock up on tokens regardless. My breeding goal would be to get a black Shrieker! 8D Although it seems nearly impossible I have a few ideas, even though it will take a lot of time and money. xD <3<3 The hardest part would be trying to maintain the traits of a Shrieker. You could breed a Shrieker with a black Wyrm and use the colour charm for the black and the trait charm. Then you could breed that offspring with another shrieker and use another colour charm for black and a trait charm to maintain one of the traits. I guess I'd just have to keep doing this until I reach my goal of a black Shrieker. c: I'd probably only need to do this 3 or 4 times. c: <3<3 (I have been planning this for a while. xD)

I really love the Jaio-Di and wouldn't mind getting a really pretty big one... somehow. I love TDS's Kabuki, especially, but that one's gotta be a commission, so I'll have to find some way to breed/commission something in the same vein.

Nope Kvan the owner of that wyrm got it in a blind egg pick from a con. Someone picked an egg up for her and that was it
Its very possible to get a wyrm like that!
