I love the idea of panels. Drunk streams are a great idea and another set of blind folded streams would be great too. I think a few panels of a humorous bent would be fun, like Shadra's idea of "pulling suggestions from a hat" to draw. I also second Shadra's suggestion of "who's line is it wyrm-way, that sounds like fun.
Only reservation I would place is that we all work out our issues with streaming video first (we have a year give or take)...nothing ruins the fun like stupid technology.
