as a breeding rep, do you get two slots? (one for personal and one for the farm?) or are your two slots exclusively for the farm breeding?

Seconding. It is stated everyone is allowed one teacup wyrm slot BUT there are also farm breedings so we tried to work it out but confused ourselves!
For example:
I want to take a squeaker breeding as my official farm representative breeding. I do not want a personal breeding. However Year would like to do a snoothorn breeding. Can she then have a squeaker as her personal breeding slot? Since Year is not representing our farm?

Edit: And if not then since there is only ONE farm representative but it can produce 2 offspring, does this mean the representative must take both babies?

Consider these as two separate things.

Farm breedings are Farm breedings.
Each Farm representative gets to request one breeding, with up to two clutchmages going to members of the Farm.

Summer breedings are Summer breedings.
Each individual gets to have 1 slot for a tea-cup that they which to request/purchase.

So in the case of your question:
No.
The farm breedings are treated /separately/ from summer, so a clutchmate from a farm breeding cannot be applied to a summer breeding slot.
