I am dealing at Furthemore in March and currently have the room to myself. Looking for 1-2 people who might be interested in sharing a room with me! dragoneer MIGHT be joining, not sure yet, depends on his work schedule.
There are rules to this!!
1. No creepers!
2. No parties please, we like drinking and hanging out but I would really rather not have a bunch of people crowding the room and my work space.
3. No sex in the room, sorry I have to say it but please X3 if you wanna have sex please go to someone else's room.
4. MUST BE CLEAN, meaning you must shower WITH SOAP at least once a day and wear deodorant >>; I do not like stink.
5. NO CREEPERS (no really, be cool)
6. Only serious offers only and I may ask for room deposit to be sure ($50).
7. Midnight curfew, meaning if you come back to the room after midnight just be sure you are quiet and respectful to the other people in the room.
8. NO DRUGS, seriously don't do it or I will be mad face.
9. Just use common sense for the most part and we will be cool X3
