Meet the New Wyrms!

My squirm anxiously awaited their new friends. The box arrived while I was out of town (making money to buy more wyrms...) so my husband let the helpercrabs guard it till I got home.

Levendel took over greeting duties as soon as the box was opened...and out popped Gadget!

Gadget is greeted by some of the squirm....Inara is bold, and graciously chirped a greeting. Tick-Tock is more shy and hid behind Lavendel.

The regal Geode and Crystalynn show up to meep and coo a welcome to their squirmmate.

The lovely Naiad squirmed out next, waving her wibbly lips around as she sensed the dry air. Lavendel is impressed by the marine wyrm's beauty.

Ah! the heartmated nudi is home!

[Ambaaargh]

Oh my! I love those helpercrabs and I note one of them was armed even...and that you may have the same knives I do. XD

And eee! Naiad is so lovely! My goodness!

Next out of the box was a little wyrm who seemed quite upset. He looked around to see who could help.

He meeped that his name was Lil' Peppermint, and that his best friend was in trouble! Oh, the horror!! He frightens Lavendel with his high meeps and warbles!

Peachfuzz and Banshee try to console the worried teacup.

Then the reason for the worry became clear as Candy Cane emerged from the box. She looked so sad....because her lovely horn was missiong!

It was there, with their shipping supplies...but how to attach it???

I love Lavendel's face in the last one with Naiad. "Oh so pretty!"

D: eep superglue for horn!

A dark form slithers near....."I can help" warbles the dark wyrm in his low, soft voice. "It won't cost much at all...surely nothing that you'll miss.....I know I have a pen around here somewhere..."

K'Sandra the phoenix rushes in to ward off the demonic wyrm. "Begone, you foul thing! These sweet wyrms do not need your kind of help!"

"I can help you...with my phoenix healing magic" she meeped softly. The air grew warm as the phoenic worked her firey wonders.

It worked!

Lil' Peppermint and Candy Cane were so happy that they made a bee-line for the still-standing Christmas tree nearby. They relaxed in their natural habitat. All was well!
