In the interest of being able to continue to produce the Teacup size of Wyrm, CDF is opening for applications for a secondary Sculptor. Interested parties should reply with the following form to Arazia via email (Arazia@gmail.com), and the applications will be forwarded to D. and reviewed. Please note, international applicants, while appreciated, will likely not be feasible do to the increased postal shipping rates. Applicants should also be at least 18 years of age. Please do NOT be offended if you are not chosen! We are trying to find a balance between dependable staff, cost, and the ability to accurately duplicate CDF's style of sculpting/produce the volume of Wyrm heads on deadlines.

Please provide 1-3 good, clear photo samples from different angles of a CDF Teacup Wyrm head you have sculpted as a sample. Please set this Wyrm next to an existing CDF Wyrm that you own for size comparison. (Note, this will be the ONLY time we open the CDF specific designs to others to sculpt, and only as an example of your ability to match CDF sculpting style)

Given your personal schedule, how many heads do you estimate being comfortably able to produce with a 30 day lead time?

What are your payment expectations?

What kind of polymer clay does HM use?

This is actually fun! Probably until I try a shrieker, then thats when the tears will start presumably

Ponygirl.....a mix, depending on what color I'm trying to make. Premo, Sculpty, any of the main ones. The only one I avoid is the generic Micheals brand of "craft" polymer clay, because it doesn't hold up as well.

Garden.....the ears, and those f$%{¥€%ing ear spikes. They are the bane of my life. You'll see.....

My understanding is that 'Convention Season' starts as early as March and ends as late as November for the conventions that the studio is likely to be going to. With the Winter Breeding Season in between, that pretty much makes year-round work. We'd probably be looking for someone who can keep fairly steady with what they're able to produce.

I'm not entirely certain when we'd be bringing the new person on board. There may be a training period, or time where HMS works with them to develop a closer style to the current Wyrms. I can't really make an estimate right now.
