Oh! Like with the percentage chance of health-mutations in genetics. The closer the relation the higher the chance of problems, but the further apart the relation (genetic wise) the chances get lower.
I.e. offspring of parent/child and siblings tend to have a higher chance of being born with some kind of birth defect or disorder, mental or psychical.
