I know right now it's the job of the requesting breeder to make arrangements, but will the breeder of the Wyrms be alerted when there is a request pending for one of their Wyrms? Maybe I missed that. It would be awkward if (for example) someone requested Rii'Haku to breed with Antigone, but I had no idea the request was out there.
If you look at the first post, you'll see I already answered this, I believe:
4. We do not prompt people to approve breedings. That is up to the requester (you) to be the one to contact anyone that they need to make sure their breeding gets approved.
So, no, we will not prompt anyone that there are requests waiting, or that they have anything to approve.
It's up to you guys to do the leg-work and get people to approve your breedings, just like it was in the old system.
Sorry, but keeping track of everything submitted, and keeping it organized is really our job, but making sure a breeding gets all it's approvals really falls to the person who is requesting the hatchling.
I know of one breeding (OkamixXiu'Mei) where both clutchmates are going to people other than the Handlers... who would submit and approve that breeding?
Again, if you check the actual Breeding Guide, you'll note that it says:
#3 Use the Breeding Season Request/Approval forms.
You will need to use a separate form for each breeding you request for yourself, or approve for others.
So in the case you stated:
- you would submit a 'Breeding Approval' for Okami (stating Handler#1 and Handler#2 receive hatchlings)
- Willows-Storm would submit a 'Breeding Approval' for Xiu-Mei (stating Handler#1 and Handler#2 receive hatchlings)
- Handler#1 would submit a 'Breeding Request' for their hatchling
- Handler#2 would submit a 'Breeding Request' for their hatchling
When it appears on the Pending Breeding List, you would only see the entries for Handler#1 and Handler#2, since they are the ones receiving hatchlings.
