A Very Wyrmy Halloween

Halloween isn't a huge deal at our house, but we do decorate, watch scary movies and such. Feng, being a studious, scholarly type, has been reading all of the 'resource material' in our library for weeks in preparation. He now has a phobia of the sea, doesn't go anywhere without a monk's spade, never wants to visit an airport, never wants to move into another home and knows that if he ever finds anything odd, to just leave it. Or burn it. But he's okay with Halloween and invites all wyrms to his home, a little orange lantern... if only so that he has someone to snuggle while I read him the rest of the House of Leaves.

So Melianthus couldn't really make up his mind on what he wanted to dress up as for halloween.. then I had an idea!

I'm not quite sure what Linguini was thinking when she came up with this idea. Sure I helped, but It was kinda last minute. She insisted on being a 'proper' Jack. But with her being a teacup... well... improvisation became necessary.




I'm not sure if this qualifies as a Jack O'Lantern. More like a Jack O'Pepper. Worse, I'm STILL not sure WHY she thinks she's well-hidden amidst the 'camouflage'... Although she IS getting a bath and a brush-down when All Hallow's Eve is done!
