My sincere apologies for any confusion, I mentioned it in chat originally, and derped on telling Zia that YES, it IS permissible to have two person teams with one at con, and one at home. I realize not everyone could make it to the con, and wanted to be fair and let those unable to attend still take part in the hunt.
