Single horns like on a Wood borer, Qui Lin, etc wouldn't need a horn charm, as the horn occupies a different spot on the head than the ears. Ears and the double horns that usually go on either side of the head/forehead are what would need approval, which the Squeaker project already got when they first submitted their breeding project.
