So. Since we appear to have musically inclined and wordsmiths within our ranks, I'm posing a challenge.
One of my sensi's is opening his own parkour school, and during the course of a random conversation another student mentioned learning sign language, and signed the phrase "do you want to go roof jumping?"
My brain, being drowned in toddler friendly music and movies, instantly went all Frozen on that. So now, I want to come up with a Parkour version of "do you want to build a snowman??" And suggest he and that student film it, toss it on YouTube, and use it to advertise the new gym. I've got the first line or two, but that's it.
This is where you wonderful lunatics come in.
Help me flesh this out? Internet cookies to those that contribute, and if I can convince him its a good idea to do, I'll totally post a link here to the finished video.
I'm going to post what I've got under the official lines, feel free to chime in with ideas. I thiiiiiink it will be fairly obvious which lines are which. ;3
Do you wanna build a snowman?
*Do you wanna go roof jumping?
Come on, let's go and play!
*C'mon let's go today!
I never see you anymore
* You never go running anymore
Come out the door
*Why did you lock this door?
It's like you've gone away
*
We used to be best buddies
*You used to be a Traceur
And now we're not
*And now you're not
I wish you would tell me why!
*I wish you would tell me why!
Do you wanna build a snowman?
*Do you wanna go roof jumping?
It doesn't have to be a snowman...
*It doesn't have to be roof jumping...
[8-Year-Old Elsa:] Go away, Anna.
*Go to hell, Alex.
[5-Year-Old Anna:] Okay, bye...
*OK, bye......
[9-Year-Old Anna (knocks):]
Do you wanna build a snowman?
*Do you wanna go roof jumping?
Or ride our bike around the halls?
*Or go flipping off of some walls?
I think some company is overdue
*I think some parkour is overdue
I've started talking to
*
The pictures on the walls!
*
(Hang in there, Joan.)
*
It gets a little lonely
*
All these empty rooms
*
Just watching the hours tick by...
(tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock tick-tock)
*
[15-Year-Old Anna (knocks):]
Elsa, please I know you're in there
*
People are asking where you've been
*
They say, "Have courage," and I'm trying to
*
I'm right out here for you
*
Just let me in
*
We only have each other
*
It's just you and me
*
What are we gonna do?
*
Do you wanna build a snowman? [sniff]
*
