RULES
* Swap open to US and International participants. All participants should be willing to ship internationally (makes matching easier/keeps people from being left out)
* If you have been unable to complete your swaps in the past you are unable to participate
* ALL ART forms are welcome (make a song, beadwork, felting, sculpting, drawing, t-shirt bleaching, whatever! Just make something and have a blast)
* Art supplies are welcome but you MUST include something hand-made by you in the package
(so ex: you can send a box including pencils, pens, and a drawing but not a package just including pencils and pens that you have purchased)
* Spending limit is $30 (this applies to any supplies you purchase for the person not to the value of your artwork)
* Artwork should be SFW (family friendly) in accordance to the forum's own rules
* If you are a minor you must provide a scan of a signed note providing parental permission to participate
* You MUST provide tracking numbers to me when packages are sent if you are able (I understand some international packages won't have one and some numbers only work until the package leaves the country)
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS
* If you are absolutely unable to ship internationally please contact me before partners are assigned
* If you are unable to send a package by the deadline, you MUST contact me and explain. We will agree upon a new extended deadline. Any shipping done after that deadline will be considered flakiness and you will be banned from the following swap(s) depending on the call made as a result
