I think you're seeing a lot of people interested because there are not very many pipefoxes in the system.
Just keep in mind that you have the option of getting a clutchmate to your breedings, so if you do agree to a breeding, you can maybe give someone else the other clutchmate and take care of two people at once.
Admittedly, with the rarer individuals it can sometimes be hard to manage all the people who want breedings with your own personal goals. Usually, what I do, is give one breeding away to others, and save one for myself.
I don't have any estimates on the release date for the feline Wyrms, although there are a couple already in the system if you are interested. I would check out Crystal:
