So, as of the Anthrocon 2016 Wyrm Meetup, we have found out that all the Common Types of wyrms need nightmares bred to open the gateway for Abyssal wyrms. I figured I would form a list to....prevent this.....yeah. So if you see that this list needs to be updated, please post in this thread and I will fix it!

(This list isnt meant to exclude anyone from breeding the same, feel free to breed more than one of whats listed! This also isn't meant to hold handlers responsible to breed the nightmares they wish to attempt, they may back out at any time.)

I'm aiming to get a nightmare platinum point. I know there's a male is there in the register I believe there isn't a female yet though. Am I right?

There is only the male at this point but he is enough. You just need a willing female, the consent of any handler that owns any wyrm that isnt yours and to use a trait token to give the baby dominant Pitch Black (XX) from the male. Traiting Pitch Black to XX forces the baby to become the nightmare.

Zili owns Kristalli, a female fantail with PB. Perhaps you can get a breeding from them?
