Who was the transaction between? ShyCrestedGirl & Myself

Was the communication good? Unfortunately Shy wasn't very forthcoming about letting me know when things were shipped - I did ask a few times and was told things were shipped, or were being shipped, but I'm still waiting.
Were the items as described, if Sale or Trade? No idea.
Was there any damage that had not been disclosed? N/a
Was the item mailed out in a timely fashion? As far as I can tell, they still haven't been shipped. I'm not sure if there is some issue on her end ATM, or the post office went MIA with the package, but still no wyrm.
If there were any refunds due, were they handled promptly? I have not contacted for a refund yet - I can edit once I know.
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate this transaction? Right now, given the months of waiting on the package, and no communication about it, I'm going to say a 4. Shy was quick to let me know I could buy the wyrm, but it's been frustrating waiting for it to come, considering I've asked a few times, and sent money in June.

Was the communication good? Communication was absolutely fine. The majority of it took place over a series of PMs.
Were the items as described, if Sale or Trade? Yep. No damage to wyrm. Egg included in the package
Was there any damage that had not been disclosed? None that I am aware of
Was the item mailed out in a timely fashion? Yes maybe a week after the deal was made

On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate this transaction? 9 out of 10. It took Shy a bit after I offered Delia in order for her to confirm if I'd actually gotten StarCall or not. She wanted to let everyone who'd just returned from Furthemore settle and make offers. She did tell me this but it took a few days to confirm our trade over other offers.

Was the communication good? No. Communication was completely cut off, and now I will likely not get the wyrm or my money back.

If there were any refunds due, were they handled promptly? I have asked for a refund. None was given.
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate this transaction? 0. I'm disappointed, annoyed, and am now out $67 USD. No wyrm.

I know this is not the typical feedback format but D has personally asked me to type this up as of some recent events.

A lot of people are aware of how last year Shy had managed to get a collection of wyrms and dragons going that all belonged to other people through trades, convention pick-ups, and sales. Most of these people had been waiting 6 months or more and had been given various excuses as to why they weren't receiving their stuff. I became aware of the situation around November/December and got involved based around the fact that not only did Shy and I live in the same state, but the same town.

Long story short, it finally took Shy being banned from the game to get her to actually drop the stuff off at my apartment and after a thorough few weeks of getting everything aired out (due to the immense cigarette smoke, urine, and all-over dirty smells) and repackaged (since it all came in paper shipping lables) the wyrms and dragons were sent to their rightful owners.

This was back in January of this year, and up until recently I had assumed that everything was done and under the bridge. My gf and I have moved out of our apartment and into our first house and I've not run into Shy at all. However, last week I received a strange phone call.

It was from Paypal Credit and they were looking for (you guessed it) one Tiara Burdette. Her real name is posted on her furaffinity and facebook so I don't feel guilty posting it here. But anyway! Apparently MY personal cell phone number, which she had back when we were in communication, was attached to HER paypal account. I quickly assured the customer service woman that she had the wrong person but I also informed her that not only did I know Tiara, but that I had her REAL cell phone number. Of course I gave it to them because if Shy was giving out my phone number in an attempt to deter whatever problems she had run into with paypal onto me then I wasn't going to just sit back and let it happen.

So kick off the beginning of this week, and I start to get some strange phone calls. One is a vacation scam telling me that I've won a "FREE CRUISE" and the other is one of those "Further Your Education Programs". Both were EXTREMELY shady and also refused to tell me the name under which my number had been posted. At this point my gf is furious. She then takes my phone and calls Shy herself to tell her to stop giving out my number (if that is what she's been doing) or we'll take legal charge. Shy, of course, tells us that she doesn't know what we're talking about and even denies knowing me. However, when my gf brings up that we were the ones she had dropped the wyrms off to Shy got quiet pretty quickly.

Soon after, I decide to call Paypal back to make CERTAIN that my number still isn't associated with her account. But when I give the customer service rep my info and her name he sort of pauses....and then goes, "Wow". Apparently Shy has SEVERAL phone numbers attached to her Paypal account. And NONE of them had been her REAL number before I gave it to them last week.

This is the reason why D asked me to post this. If anyone has had dealings with her in the past or given her your personal information, PLEASE contact Paypal and make sure that YOUR number isn't one of the many attached to her account. If Paypal is going out of their way to CALL someone, it means that something is wrong and has BEEN wrong for a while. I don't know if Shy is trying to dodge debt or something similar but I want nothing to do with it and I'm assuming that no-one else does either.

The number that I used to get in contact with Paypal is this: (866) 380-6586. It's very direct and connects you with a real human representative in less than a minute. All you have to do is give them her name (Tiara Burdette) and ask them to check and make sure that your phone number isn't associated with her account. Remember that it is ILLEGAL to hide behind false info and regardless of what relationship any of you have/had with Shy, this needs to be reported. I am not "out to get" her. But I definitely do NOT appreciate what she has done to myself and this community.
