Normally, when we send out boxes of Wyrms with a value over 200$, we add signature required to the package.
I am offering the OPTION of signature required for orders of LESS than 200$. If you chose not to add this service, that is 100% fine. HOWEVER! Let this be the Official Disclaimer that if you chose to NOT have signature required on a box of more than $50 (the default insurance amount set by USPS) and it goes missing, CDF will NOT be responsible for replacement.
All packages are insured for full value, BUT there have been instances of the PO not wanting to pay out because their drivers claim the item was delivered. We will do our absolute utmost to be in your corner arguing for an insurance claim. But without a signature required/proof it was put in your hands, it becomes harder to press for the claim. (I have learned this the hard way, unfortunately)
TLDR, we insure ALL boxes for full wyrm value. We ALSO do signature required on boxes over 200$. If handlers want signature required on boxes under 200$, you need to tell us. It it a 3$ additional charge to shipping to add this. If you do not, thats fine, but we will not remake wyrms if the PO claims they delivered your box but they really dumped it down the sewer grate and fed your wyrms to Pennywise.
