Chiming in here, my guess is that D could fix the horn by using a dremel to open up the "socket" again to put in a new horn.

Could definitely be fixed by D. I would do it myself, but I don't have apoxie sculpt to do the horns.

That particular Wyrm with the broken horn has /very/ thin horns. We had issues with that batch of Wyrms due to it. While staff can certainly attempt repairs, with horns and horn/holes that small, there is a real danger of damage if we do try to repair it as we have to widen the holes quite a bit to fit regular width horns. Due to the delicate nature of the work and the need to replace both horns, this would likely cost quite a bit and may require tesla repairing if there is damage to the main head during dremmeling.
