Popping in to suggest how to choose who to sell to. Some people do first come first serve, while others may take names of those interested for a few days and then do a random drawing. Another thing to consider is if you'd be willing to hold it for a while if someone needs a week or so to get money together or if you'd require immediate payment.

Ohh alright! I like the idea of the name generator, so I went with that. I added all of the names to a list and pulled LeidyRose!
