Will there be a charm recharge sale in between the winter and spring breeding seasons? I want to plan my use of them accordingly.

There will usually be a charm recharge sale between each MAJOR season.
Not necessarily between farm seasons.
So the answer is Yes, there should be a recharge sale between the end of the Winter season and the start of the Spring season.

Any estimate of how many recharge sales there will be, or just one?

Usually, we aim for one sale, which lasts about 5-7 days, after each MAIN breeding season.
