So, like a standard mushroom crawler. Plume xx means that it would carry plume but not show it, as far as I know. Why would you want that?

Celestine is correct. The x's are basically how strongly your trait shows through. So xx would be very recessive. XX would be the strongest, followed by xX. And if you ever see "¢" beside a trait (like http://twilightdays.org/wyrmwiki/index.php/Azulon's benign white) it means it's carried but not shown.

Plume is a ressive trait so to have it show you must have two pairs or a carrier and get lucky and it will be xx
