Sorry for spamming this board, but I have one more question! If I want to breed a wyrm with a horn like a Qui Lin and antlers like an Imperial Fu will I need a horn charm? I'm assuming yes, but I ask because antlers are a separate trait from horns.

Yep, you'd need a double horn/horny charm to do so, but you'd also need it cleared by D to make sure that horn combination is doable.

Any trait that generally takes up the same 'place' on a Wyrm means that you can only get one of those two traits.
Often, they will be 'carrier' for one or the other.
Horns and Antlers both take up the 'horn' slot so to get both, you would need a 2-horn charm.

Here's a question. Do horns and ears take up the same slot?
And if so do horn charms work for ears?

Editing this, with clarification.
I'm going to say its going to be decided on a case by case basis. Your best bet would be contact me via PM and double check to see if the combo you want is doable. A perfect example is the project Shadra, Komi, Year and I *think* a few others are a part of, the Squeaker project. They want to breed Growlers with Fu's, and have both ears and antlers. I told them it was possible on teacups, with the caveat that some adjustments would have to be made. In this case, the ears will be wider set, and the antlers will be smaller than on a pureblood Fu to accomodate for the ears. So the short answer is yes, kind of. I'd need to have you run the combo you are hoping for by me and see if its physically possible to adjust the layout of the traits to make it possible to sculpt reasonably. (WithOUT having Sciggles or Tyrrlin want to kill me! ;3)
Standards and above, on t'other hand........ ;3
Ask DarkLadyPhoenix. She got a Shrieker hybrid, and while genetically her Wyrm got Horns and is only a carrier for ears, I did wee Shrieker nubs, because A) it was adorable, and B) on a Standard, there's actually enough room to fit both.
Obviously it will be a case by case basis, as some ear/horn combos just aren't physically possible. (Growler or Shrieker ears WITH Tatterwing horns, for example) But on Standards, when possible, I will default to sculpting both if they chart, or sculpting mini "vestigial" versions of the ears or horns when the Wyrm ends up only a carrier of the trait.

Yup. Adorable little nubby ears
This is the standard daughter and shrieker dad.

Good lord I need to buy a cat brush.... everyone looks so ragged from traveling ^_^;
Anyways, I'm guessing the answer is, "Yes, but only on standards and larger."?

DLP, all I can say is, THANK YOU for choosing a mom that was Standard size! I always feel sorry for poor Teacup mommy's with Standard babies. >~<!

Ears would count as something different I believe; I'd go with trait. Though I think you'd need it pre-approved, and I'm not sure if a horn and ears could fit on a teacup.
