Some public service announcements...
We're back from Anthrocon, and all we can express is: Wow.
Thank you so much to all of those who came by the table to talk or to purchase Wyrms. It was great getting a chance to meet all of you! For my first time at a convention, and running a table, it was really neat! I hope to come back next year (and get away from the table a bit more, heh!)
Onto the important stuff!
The popularity of Wyrms has skyrocketed since this time last year, and we want to remind people that while we love that people are willing to pick up things for other handlers, that they should be aware that sometimes we sell out of Wyrms very quickly. At Anthrocon, we had so many people lining up even before we had eggs out, that we had to institute a one-per-person rule in order to keep things organized and avoid people rushing the table. We've got some wonderful new staff on to help create tea-cups, but they are still time consuming, and we're pushing our resources as it is, so unfortunately 'just make more' isn't an option right now. The old days of being able to pick up five Wyrms a day may just not be possible anymore. Please keep that in mind, and plan accordingly.
We've still got quite a number of Winter babies that need to be finished up. Until those are completed, we will not open a 'summer' season. We are aiming to finish as many as we can during July, as the first few weeks of August will end up being prep-work for our next convention: FA United. So for now, the 'Summer' season dates are To-Be-Determined (keep an eye out here for announcements).
We've got a flood of registrations, which means it'll be a bit longer of a wait to get into the system. If you are an Anthrocon registration not in the system by Monday of next week, please PM me to inquire about the status of your registration. If you bought a token or got a breeding pair that came with a token, could you please send me (Arazia) a PM to remind me? There weren't many, but I'd like to get those updated. If you had a breeding season baby picked up, please be aware that I need to still do cards for these, so they will take a bit longer.
