Probably through the forums, since everyone has a forum account.
You can make sure your account is set to send you emails when you get PMs.

What happens if you post on multiple Wyrms and your name is picked twice? Do you get both Wyrms?

If your name gets picked by the generator twice, you get to pick between the two you 'won' on, and can choose one.
The other one will get re-drawn from the pool of remaining entries.
