Wyrm Wings

While I was checking over the recent wyrm prices and TOS I came across the new wing prices for standards and up. I'm a little confused on how this would work with bred babies. Say you had a pairing resulting in a standard fairy hybrid baby and there is a 50/50 chance of the wing trait being passed on, how is the price determined? Will the handler be notified before hand, or will the handler have an option of saying yay or nay and paying the extra cost if wings are desired?

My guess with this is that we will take a 'base' payment for the cost of the Wyrm.
Then, once we have rolled the genetics, we will contact the handlers who rolled Wyrms with Wings about the extra cost.
If the buyer chooses not to pay, it's simple enough to tweek their genetics so they don't show Wings.
There is a lot of work that goes into Winged Wyrms, and the fee helps cover the cost of materials and time.
