hey so i feel really silly asking this but i have read over the wiki but its still unclear...

if i am a new handler, with no wyrms, do i fill out the breeding form for the wyrms ill be receiving? or do the handlers im receiving from have to fill it out?

i just wanna make sure im doing everything right...

You fill out a form for any hatchling you are receiving.
You just fill in 'NEW HANDLER' instead of a PIN#.
