Dreamcatchers combat the Nightmares to prevent the Abyssal Gates from opening and keep balance in the universe. As there is darkness for the Nightmares to exist, there also has to be a source of light, which is where Dreamcatchers come in.
They are created by breeding two wyrms, but one wyrm must have they leyline trait,which is a representation of light magic. the trait must be bred to dominant, and it cannot be tokened. It must be created naturally.
