Hey folks at 8 PM EST (give or take) D and I will be doing a mule stream. As per usual you will be able to submit artistic freedom teacup suggestions. Mule suggestions can be general themes, colors, etc. Each handler may submit up to two suggestions.

Mules are $50 each (paid to us via paypal) and can be shipped with Homecon pulls.
Extras such as fins, wings, plumes, etc. will incur a $5 fee.
Any Wyrm suggestions that are existing breeds & official breeding projects are NOT eligible. These are strictly mules.

At 5 pm we are cutting off the posting of suggestions. Between 5 and 7:50 PM you may make a donation to http://oceana.org and send Shadra a screenshot as proof. Each $1 donation counts as an "upvote" to a theme of your choice from the suggestion list. Please inform Shadra which theme(s) you are upvoting when you PM them. The top four themes will be the winners. You cannot win twice. In the event of a tie we will flip a coin. In the event of no votes we will select whichever inspires us the most.

So I'm a little confused about the upvote thing. Is there nothing stopping handlers from upvoting their own suggestion a lot of times? Does that mean whoever does the highest donations get their themes picked?

Yes, you may upvote your own suggestion.
The winning theme(s) are those that get the highest TOTAL votes. ($1= 1 vote) which is why you must tell me how many votes are going to which themes when you PM me proof of donation.
(Ex: I donate $5. I give 3 votes to one of my themes and 2 votes to Handler X's theme)
