Handler Chains, Making Our Own

Since these don't seem to come available very often, Handler Chains, is it alright if we make our own?

I wasn't sure if this would be a taboo, but I love the idea of having all my eggs on a nice organized chain. I've been waiting and watching for them but I know everyone is very busy.

I just don't want to step on any toes or seem like I'm stealing the idea ^^'

To be clear, I don't want to sell them just make my own, specifically for the ease of transport to Anthrocon.

I have 0 problems with folks making their own, or even making chains to share. The only taboo is using the official CDF logo. Same idea as folks doing items with art of the different breeds, they can draw their own but we can't allow use of official CDF card art.

I actually highly encourage the art aspect of the community! It's awesome seeing what y'all come up with.

As a note though, just fyi, I'll have some new handler chains at AC this year, with engraved wood fobs. Yay lazer engraver! :)

Okay awesome to know! And yes I assumed using the official Logo would be a no go (teehee to the rhyme)!
I will happily buy one at AC if they don't all get snapped up before I can, then anything I make can be decoration or extra!

Thanks so much for the answer!

The only difference is that if you have an official handler chain, you can take a photo of it and have it put on your handler page.
