12 days of Squirmsmas Monster Box
Posted: Fri Dec 11, 2015 3:48:23 pmOk, officially posting this to gauge interest. Mostly because if this is truly to be A Thing, I'd have to hussle to get everything done and out in time.
If I did a 12 days of Squirmsmas Monster Box, would folks be interested? I would have 6 available, and I want to see if more folks are interested than I have boxes. At that point, I'd do a RNG or something to be impartial.
The way it would work is thus-
The week before Dec 25th, I would mail out flat rate priority boxes. Within the boxes would be 12 smaller bags or packages, each containing a gift or gifts for both Handler and Wyrms. Some would be wyrm themed items, some would be other items I made that are NOT Wyrm themed. The total value of items in the box would be around $135, and the cost of shipping large flat rate boxes is about 16$, so I'm looking at $150 total cost for the box. Some items would be bigger and more expensive than others, worth wise, but there would be 12 total 'things' to open. The idea is to start on Dec 21st, Winter Solstice, and end on Jan 1st, 'Squirmsmas'.
Each box would contain similar items, though I'd ask a few basic questions and ask for some of your favorite Wyrms. (I know, I know, that's like asking a parent to chose their favorite child!) I'd also need to know if anyone signing up had any allergies.
So, thoughts? If you'd want to snag a box at the above listed cost, chime in. I'll see how many are interested, and see if I'd even need to do a random number draw or not.
