I am trying to figure out some things for next season. I know only two tokens can be used per Clutch mate but I am trying to figure out if there are any rules on the way they are dispersed over the two.

For example could I do this.

Baby A- 2 +1 Tokens to go to each parent.
Baby B- Color token + Gender Choice.

I was mostly not sure on attaching the two +1 tokens to a single clutch mate.

Yes, that is perfectly fine.

You can use more than one of the same type of token, so long as it does not have a 'singular effect'.
Examples of tokens with single effects: Glow, Baby, Size
