As I said in the chat below (I don't think you can see it just yet)

and just fill out everything like you would (wyrm information, the handler name you go by, a new handler page and stuff can be created by the wiki staff! If you need anymore help don't be shy and ask! I'd be happy to help out!
This may not be 100% correct as I haven't really dealt with registering new people and Its been forever and a day since I submitted my handler info
