Horse/Unicorn-Like Ideas Needed for DIY vinyl Unicorn!

I nabbed a customizable 5" tall tokidoki unicorn vinyl figurine. It's basically a blank figurine you can mold stuff onto or just paint straight on.

I really do want to change the shape though, either by molding stuff onto it or cutting stuff away. I was wondering if anyone had some Horse/Unicorn-like Monsters... or any other suggestions for that matter. I kinda bought it on a whim so I don't have any real inspiration for it.
