i know that we all love our fuzzy wyrm companions, but what about their eggs?

i've noticed that wyrm eggs arent as popular as the full grown wyrms themselves, and its totally understandable! although i was looking at my wyrm eggs today, and i wondered what other patterns and colours were on other handler's eggs!
Have an egg with deceptive looking colours? spots? stripes? any cool patterns? i'd love to see everyone else's eggs! so feel free to post pictures or descriptions!

Dang I would've went for that orange and yellow one right away... xD it's so amazing.

Roz is black and pink swirled together.
Laochra's is the dark blue/teal from his face and the light blue of his plating blended together. It's kinda sparkly like his head. xD

Kishiko's egg hasn't come yet..I'd requested one from HMS though. I think it was going out with the summer babies. :3

XD i saw the yellow spots on Othello's egg and i knew that i needed it! Then Cabbage's egg caught my eye too, yellow and green are one of my favourite colour combinations!

Laochra's egg sounds so awesome! i love the sparkley eggs, Pom has a few stray sparkles in her egg and i think it makes it look so cute X3

These are the eggs from my Wyrms.
All except for Nyte and Ryu - Nyte never had one and Ryu's egg got lost when he needed repairs at Anthrocon.
Hopefully they'll get new eggs in the batch I'm being sent.

i love Cairan's peppermint stripes,they sort of make his egg look toothpaste-ish XD and i love Fidget's egg too!

Yeah, on the other side of Morgan's egg is a black swirl symbol. But that's definitely her egg. The little yellowish-green parts glow in the dark, and I had that egg long before I got Ryu. But yeah, triksy things, eggs. They fool you.

I mean, look at Chompy's egg.
Look at all that purple, and there isn't a spot of purple on him.

oooh! i want a glowy egg/ wyrm at some point, they always sound so cool

XD chompy's egg is for sure a tricky one! maybe he has a secret purple spot somewhere? XD
Pom's egg was like that too, when i picked it up, my mind instantly jumped to coral snake. But now i see where all of her egg's colours came from! it took me a bit to get the yellow, though XD

The 'deceptiveness' of the eggs is actually one aspect of the game I really do not like, and would like to see improved upon, if it hasn't already. ^_^;;;

It's not such a big deal when you're getting bred babies, but if I'm making a blind draw to spend $20, I would like to be able to base my guess on the colors properly. For instance, if I wanted to try and catch a Qui-Lin, I'd want to look for a mostly white egg with some black and blue or green, considering that is the color scheme of the majority of the Type (black being the color used for the eyes).

However - Egg #10 and Wyrm. That is a loooot of green for a Wyrm that has only a tiny bit of the color on it. ^_^; I never would have picked that egg to contain a Qui-Lin.

Just like Chompy's egg, Halie's has dark purple for some reason.

And I chose Sour's egg because I thought I'd be getting a mostly black Wyrm with a little bit of highlighter yellow on it. XD I was very surprised when I saw the almost completely sour apple green little guy inside!

However, Antigone's and Plume's eggs look like I imagine they would, which is hopefully a sign that the current eggs actually resemble the Wyrms they're connected to, since they were made and bought recently.

wholly fluff, Leu! i love Sour's egg! I have a total weakness for lime green, especially when its on a black base! But it wasn't at all what I was expecting his egg to look like!

I sort of agree with you on the egg deceptiveness, though. It has it's pros and cons for sure, I like the sort of "trickery" because it adds an element of surprise into the mix, But it wouldn't be much fun if everyone knew what they were getting!
But I totally understand your point of view. and while I still like the surprise of an unknown egg, I prefer the style that Plume and Antigone have. not too revealing, but still specific enough to at least guess a species C:
