NoMora breeding project UnKnown

Do I have to PM the people's whose wyrms I'm using for a breeding first before posting the breeding or am I breaking a rule? I didn't think about it till now. I hope it's okay to post this to see if its a yes or no.
I would love to be PM'd with the answer, thank you.)

-horns
-Stinger (xX)
-FL Ears (xx)
- tusk would be a plus
Unacceptable bonus traits:
-Plating (XX)

Important note:
I'll want a wyrm with every breeding and the clutchmate will be be given to my assistants or me if needed. If the owner of a wyrm doesn't want a clutchmate I will ask for both. So if you don't want the other clutchmate for this project.
If the owner of the wyrm does not want the clutchmate, the clutchmate will be offered to the assistants first off and if no one wants it I will ask for it.
If one or both of the bred babies I receive don't work in my project I will trade them away or sell them. They will not be sold for more then what was paid for them.
I will edit this out if need be on my personal web page.
I have it listed on it that I don't want people to use my wyrm/dragons breeding for their project to make money.
