ANNOUNCEMENT: Gmail Issues
Posted: Sat Nov 08, 2014 4:59:45 pmPeople have been reporting various issues to me, and since it's causing problems with multiple people, I thought I'd make a public post about it.
Gmail has flagged messages coming from this forum as spam/hijacked account/etc. It's possible that it's because it ghosts as my personal e-mail, or just because there is something wrong with the e-mail headers. Whatever the case, it is causing e-mails not to arrive to people who have gmail accounts. This includes activation links as well as forum notifications.
Mercutio is looking into the issue, but it is not a simple one to solve.
If you have an account and have not received an activation e-mail and need one, please email me at arazia@gmail.com with the account you registered with. This will allow me to manually verify your account.
We hope to fix this soon, and it should only be effecting users with gmail.com email addresses.
