Xx Traits

So there are a few traits that in purebred wyrms are Xx in the first generation such as stinger, lure, and wings. If you cross such a wyrm with a wyrm that does not have that trait (most likely of a different species) there is a 50% chance of the trait passing on. My question is if you breed two purebred wyrms of the same species (say angler eels) both with Xx for a certain trait (say lure) is there a 75% or 100% chance that the trait will be passed on to the offspring? I assumed 75% before, but Sciggles said to me in a recent PM that both of my Key x Evergreen shriekers would be getting stingers because they are purebred. I'm not sure if I misunderstood what she meant or not.
More simply put, is it possible to breed two anglers and get a baby with no lure, two shriekers and get a baby with no stinger, two fairies and get a baby with no wings, etc.?

Hey Aurorous,
I believe because you are breeding a 'purebred' pair like Angler eels, you will get all the traits that angler eels possess like the lure for example.
I asked Zia this, a long time ago and it was just so that the purebreds stayed moderately the same in terms of traits.
So in short, I'm pretty sure the chance of a lure on an angler eel purebred is 100%
If i'm wrong, please someone correct me!

Just to verify what GT has said:
When pure breeding, you are guaranteed to get the breed specific traits, even if they are xX by default.
If for some reason you do /NOT/ want the breed specific traits, then you'd need to token that.
For example: Someone once wanted a pure-bred angler with no lure, which would need to be tokened.

No, the parents have to have the trait. So you'd have to breed a shrieker to a growler.

If you had two grolwers, you cannot get a stinger even with the trait token.
One of the parents needs to have the trait in order for you to trait it.
If you Bred a Shrieker and growler then yes, you could trait for the stinger on the Hybrid
Short answer to your question is nope, you can't trait for a stinger when you breed together two growlers, they just don't possess the stinger trait
Edit: I am a very slow typer! Komi's got it! xD

I'd guess that the lure would be bigger/longer than normal if it was XX, and smaller than normal (but still there) if it was xx?
