So there are a few traits that in purebred wyrms are Xx in the first generation such as stinger, lure, and wings. If you cross such a wyrm with a wyrm that does not have that trait (most likely of a different species) there is a 50% chance of the trait passing on. My question is if you breed two purebred wyrms of the same species (say angler eels) both with Xx for a certain trait (say lure) is there a 75% or 100% chance that the trait will be passed on to the offspring? I assumed 75% before, but Sciggles said to me in a recent PM that both of my Key x Evergreen shriekers would be getting stingers because they are purebred. I'm not sure if I misunderstood what she meant or not.
More simply put, is it possible to breed two anglers and get a baby with no lure, two shriekers and get a baby with no stinger, two fairies and get a baby with no wings, etc.?
