Anyone else here play Guild Wars 2? I just got it over the weekend since there was a sale going on and I'd been looking at it for a while. ^_^ My main is a female Charr Ranger (named Aislinn Smalltail), currently level 9. I also play a female Norn Ranger. If anyone plays and wants to team up or something, let me know. ^_^ (Just remember, my internet at home isn't the best sometimes. Heh. So I might get disconnected a lot. My parents may be switching us back to FiOS soon though, so hopefully when that happens the connection will be stable again.)

You may want to post what world/server your character is part of.
It may help in tracking down people.

For example, myself, Mercutio, and Diamond do play on rare occasions, but alas, we're on a European server, so it usually means we can't play with American friends without paying a ridiculous fee to transfer our characters. (We play on Piken Square. For now.)

I play on North American server, homeworld is Northern Shiverpeaks. So I guess I won't be seeing you all? XD I honestly had no idea how the servers were set up when I joined it.

We could probably be convinced to swap over at some point, as our lag on European servers sucks.
But it's open to discussion on how much time people have, heh.

Little update.

We got enough gems together to move servers.
So, we're looking to see where anyone else plays.

The three of us are looking to move to an American server.
Right now, it seems like only Aislinn plays, but we'd like to see if anyone else does.

We'd be willing to put together a guild.
We've got fairly high level characters.

My highest is a level 80 human ranger.

I play every so often, though I'm super slow for leveling so I think my highest level is like... 20. XD

It is currently not installed on my computer (recently switched) but I would be willing to install it on this one and try it out. I can switch servers.

We're more than willing to help out/play with lower level characters.
I've got a couple lower leveled ones, myself.

Hehe. A guild sounds like a good idea, Zia! A wyrmfriends guild would be especially cool, in my opinon. The guild's tag could be [WYRM]! If that's not already used by another guild. Because I have no idea. XD I do have a guild of my own called Charr Fur Alliance (with the tag [FUR]) but that one is (so far) only me. Anyway, I'd love to join if you do make a guild, Zia.

And Genepi: I don't mind if the leveling is slow. My highest is currently now level 33 or so. my lowest are level 2 and 3. XD I mostly play my Charr Ranger. I'd love to help out some time if you want.

Both Shiverpeaks/IOJ have a very high population right now according to the server list, but the only 'high' or lower servers are in Europe.

Yeah, if we move, we're definitely going to a US. server, despite the Very HIgh population.

The problem with the European servers is that the lag/ping is bad for people in the United States. We played there originally because we had friends who were overseas who were on the server, but now that we no longer play with them, it's become really hard for us to find guild events, or find people to play with when everyone is totally not on the same timezone.

We need to sit down and discuss what server we're looking at, but input from other folks is helpful!
