Heyo from Aislinn and Azure!
Posted: Sun Aug 19, 2012 11:44:48 amHi there. Aislinn Smalltail here, newbie Wyrm handler and owner of Azure. I just got my first Wyrm (the previously-mentioned Azure) two days ago at FA: United 5, and when I learned there was a whole breeding system with genetic codes and everything, I couldn't resist joining the fun! Punnett squares (the little square diagrams used for predicting the possible genotypes and phenotypes of the offspring from a breeding), have intrigued me since the day I learned about them in high school Biology class. (Yeah, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to Biology, but I've always been a bit of a nerd to begin with. Heehee.) So I was excited to see a breeding game that actually incorporates examples of those in their FAQs and background info! But enough about that for now. I should be telling more about myself perhaps. I'm a member of both FurAffinity and DeviantArt, as an avid traditional media artist and occasionally a photographer or crafter. I look forward to sharing some art of Azure, and even drawing art for others of their Wyrms. Hopefully I will make a lot of new friends here on the forums, as well as through the DeviantArt group.
(I need to make sure it doesn't go to his head and make him conceited. Or me. Lol! I think he's adorable too though.) It's also nice to know I'm not the only bio nerd around.
