So all the Ceramics majors are participating in a show at my college and I've decided to make this little fella for it:



It's totally unique: the sculpted parts are all hand-made ceramic pieces, with slip, underglaze and selective touches of glaze. Now, it still needs a name. Want to help me out?

I dont know why but I love the name : Socks

He's so pretty! For some reason he reminds me of No Face from Spirited Away, and Miyazaki movies in general.

I am happy to report that the sloth has now been officially named. My studio partner saw him and squee'd like a ten-year-old. She said he looked like he was meditating and, as a result, his name is now Namaste. Thanks to everyone for helping me find a name! ^^
