A friend introduced me to needle felting a couple of weeks ago and now I am addicted to stabbing things (though I really need to stop missing and stabbing my fingers, I am starting to have problems with the tips of my fingers). My first beastie was a normal wire core with a felted skin and then I got ambitious and made a doll with an all yarn and yarn-fluff body (I make my own felting fluff by shredding yarn instead buying the special felting material...its too dang expensive and doesn't come in enough colors) and only has wire in the head, hands, feet and tail spike. I am very pleased with how this little one came out. Please let me know what you think.
