I'm extremely sorry. I'm shipping out this Friday. My 8 year old sister is in the hospital with leukemia and it's sort of made a mess of me. I do appreciate those who bought from me and I'm really thankful for the help right now. I'll send your tracking numbers Friday evening or afternoon

Just letting you know I got my wyrm today! It sustained more damage on its way here. It has significantly more scuffs and scratched and one of its horns broke off. I would recommend maybe wrapping them in bubble wrap in the future or something.

Your not the only one who had issues, the horn broke on mine as well. and my egg was damaged.

Its okay, I understand that you are having a rough go of it, and you cant control how the post office handles the packages, I had another art doll box come to me pretty heavily damaged the day before as well. More then likely what I will end up doing is sending my guy for professional repairs so I know hes all taken care of.

First off, I'm so sorry about your sister and family right now. Hope things improve for you and I know the stress you all have to be under.

Wanted you to know I got my lovely little wyrm; but unfortunately with some serious postal war wounds as well (damage to tongue, horns, eye socket and egg.)

I just want to mention for other shipping folks who might read this that these little fellows can't handle just being inside padded mailers, alone; the sorting machinery is just too tough on them. I would recommend small boxes and lots of bubble wrap or padding, honestly.

Nah, don't worry about it, and you don't need to compensate me, promise. We're fine, I just wanted to let you know it got here so you didn't need to worry. Trust me, I totally understand how things go -serious illnesses just hit you and knock you sideways with family. You hang in there and take a deep breath for you. <3

Besides, the war wounds give the little charmer even more character. I'm a-ok.
