Make sure you set up a breeding and then go ahead and request it.

Okay I set up the breeding, do I need to send in another request for the bite? or...? Since its your wyrm does that mean you'll send in a 'breeding request' for my Meiyu to be bitten?

When the breeding season opens, you'll enter a breeding request.
You'll request Puppy x Meiyu, then enter Nibbles Anklebiter as the infected Wyrm for the breeding. Then select the size of the infected you want (mini or standard in this case).
So you have to take care of that part of things.
